Shipping Policy

Orders leave our Brooklyn counter for delivery across the United States. This page explains the rates, the timings we can actually commit to, and how damaged or missing parcels are handled.

The short version

Flat $5.95 shipping, free over $40, United States only, dispatched within one business day.

There is one rate: $5.95 per order, regardless of how many items are in it. Spend $40 or more and that rate drops to nothing at checkout.

Dispatch and delivery times

Dispatch is usually the next business day after you order. Transit generally runs 3 to 7 business days once the parcel is collected. Orders placed at the weekend are processed on the next working day.

Where we ship

Shipping is limited to the United States. We do not currently deliver outside the country, and orders with an overseas address cannot be processed.

Damaged parcels

Tell us within 48 hours if a delivery arrives damaged. Send photographs of the box and the contents to contact@inkandletter.shop and we will sort out a replacement or a refund at our cost.

Delayed or missing parcels

Tracking that has not updated in five business days usually means a problem. Tell us and we will chase the carrier; that is not your job.
