Refund and Returns Policy
Most of what we sell can be returned within 30 days of delivery. The conditions and the process are both set out here in full.
How to return something

Email us
Send us a note at contact@inkandletter.shop within 30 days, including the order number and which item is coming back.

Wait for instructions
You will hear back inside one business day with where to send it and how to pack it.

Send it back
Put it back in the packaging it came in, post it to the address we send, and keep the postage receipt.

Refund
When we have received and checked it, we return the money to the card or account you paid with, inside 5 to 10 business days.
Condition we can accept
Returns need to be unused, complete and in the original packaging. We cannot resell an item that has been opened, used or modified, so those cannot be accepted.
Who pays for the return
The cost of returning an item is yours, except where it was defective, damaged on arrival or the wrong item, in which case we pay. Original shipping is refunded only in those cases.
Items we cannot take back
- Anything that has been unpacked and used, as it can no longer be offered to another customer.
- Returns started later than 30 days after delivery.
- Returns that are missing components or the original box.
Faulty or wrong item
Where we shipped the wrong item or it arrived defective, the exclusions do not apply. Contact contact@inkandletter.shop and we cover everything, delivery included.
Refund process
Contact contact@inkandletter.shop quoting your order number and the item. You will get a reply within one business day with a return address. After we receive and check the item, the refund reaches your original payment method within 5 to 10 business days.
